Join local Mind-Body Wellness enthusiast and Yoga People Oneonta owner Kelsie Rockefeller for a two hour workshop featuring practical tips for building a sustainable Ayurvedic self-care practice, gentle movements for aches and pains that you can do anywhere (no mat required), and a guided Yoga Nidra.
