The Otsego County Arts Alliance includes 15 Arts Organizations based in Otsego County and seeks to present a wide variety of performances and cultural opportunities that may be new or uncommon for residents of Otsego County. The Alliance works to cutivate an interest and knowledge of the arts in younger residents in the area and sponsors several scholarships for high school students who are highly involved in the arts.
